From the moment you walk into this oasis you feel like you have hit the jackpot of all vacation spots. Everything is first class. Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms and living room right down to to beach towels, games and reading material. It was home away from home but better because of the beach. Can't say enough about the location. Farm markets, cozy restaurants and friending neighbors. It was the BEST!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Brad’s place. It was clean, inviting, and comfy. It easily felt like a home away from home. There were plenty of pots and such in the kitchen. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and tidy. It had a nice view and I really appreciated that the living room accommodated more than a couple of people so we could all comfortably hang out in the evenings and in between our plans for the day. The people in the area were friendly, the neighborhood was quiet, the elevator access was great with all our luggage and with having older people in our party. It was nice having a grocery up the street and we were still close to a lot of things without being in the midst of e writhing. Overall a great value, an enjoyable stay, and exactly what we were wanting. My family had nothing but good things to say. We would certainly stay again!

Our family had an excellent time at this cozy spot! We had no idea what to expect with staying in Grandy, as we had never heard of it, but the place felt so comfortable to come back to each day while visiting the Outer Banks. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great sunsets. Excellent view of the water from the balcony and at the waterfront. Plenty of room for two adult dogs. Also plenty of room for a senior who must use a walker. Just a short ride to the beach. We found several really great restaurants nearby. The owner was very responsive to a couple questions we had. Looking into a return trip for later this fall.

My family has stayed at this condo twice because we have family in the area & it has been one of the best experiences we have ever had with vacation rental property. It is clean, spacious, and very well equipped. The kitchen has about everything you need to do your own cooking. And the view of the Currituck Sound is amazing! We have thoroughly enjoyed our stays at this condo & hope to go back again!

We really enjoyed the close proximity to fishing. From the pier, to the ponds, to the sound it was very nice to have fishing within walking distance.
Some of the neighbors gave us the impression that this is actually a residential only community and they were not happy about the unit being rented out.
There is no access to the pool or clubhouse so keep that in mind when booking. It was quite a disappointment for our 11 yr old.
The condo was very nicely furnished but was in need of a deep clean. Bathrooms hadnt been cleaned throughly. There was hair in showers and built up dust throughout.

The condo is very nice, functional, and super well-equipped (it looks just like the photos). Brad is very attentive and responds quickly. The instructions for entering the apartment and for check-out were very clear and straightforward. The location is very close to the water park, and our kids loved visiting it. The only thing to keep in mind regarding the location is that it takes 22 minutes by car to get to the nearest beach, and approximately 30 minutes to get to the beaches in Duck

With our second stay at Grandy Cove, my family has established an annual tradition. What a wonderful place to call home away from home! The condo is immaculately clean and the open concept makes it feel spacious beyond square footage. Convenient grocery options (including multiple farm stands), an arcade around the corner, and proximity to OBX (sans bumper-to-bumper traffic) make this an ideal vacation location. Neighbors, who appear to be full-time residents, are friendly and full of handy tips. The hosts go above and beyond ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction. Can't say enough good things! ☆☆☆☆☆☆ 6 out of 5 stars!

Wonderful condo that was homey, well stocked, and (in my opinion-most importantly) CLEAN! We traveled with children who enjoyed walking around the path outside, and exploring the water’s edge.
Brad was a wonderful host. Most everything was well explained before we even arrived, and anything else we needed, Brad was quick to respond.

We absolutely loved staying here. Gorgeous view. The apartment was spotless. The beds are all memory foam and very comfortable. They had everything you could possibly need.
Kitchen is stocked with plenty of spices and Brad even told us we could help ourselves to
the food in the cabinet and there was no need to replace it.
Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, extra blankets and towels. Brad was an excellent host. We will be returning.
This place is just so pretty and inviting.

This is a wonderful property if visiting the Outer Banks area. The location is fantastic for going to Elizabeth City to Manteo and beyond. This is such a wonderful property. The accommodations are fantastic. You have all the amenities that you could possibly need (coffee maker, washer, dryer, dishwasher, cooking utensils, wi-fi, and I could list more. This unit is on 3rd floor with elevator access. The view is beautiful overlooking the sound. This owner leaves coffee, tea, cooking spices, etc. for your use. It is spacious and wonderfully decorated for peaceful enjoyment. It is wheelchair accessible if needed. This was a most enjoyable experience. I have already booked a second visit and I am looking forward to fun and relaxation.

The condo was just as described. Clean and well equipped. The location was great for us and easy to travel to the beach areas. Nice diner across the store and grocery store close by. It was perfect. Good views. One tip...don't park under patios (too many spiders). If you book this place, you'll love it.

We had a great visit! The condo was very nice, had comfortable beds, had a nice offering of ammmenities, and very nice neighbors. We loved going for walks to the water, playing shuffle board, and watching the osprey in their nest. The community was friendly and felt very safe. We were only a short drive from all of the activities we did including sailing in Duck, visiting the Wright Brothers musuem, and driving on the beach in Carolla. I'm sure anyone that visits will enjoy these accommodations. Finally, the app and emails provided to us were informative and made it easy to communicate with the owners.

This is an absolutely beautiful property. It’s nestled in a waterfront community that has has a fishing pier, walking trail, super friendly neighbors that live there year round, and has a very safe and relaxing feel to it. A short drive to the beach or to dinner, or you could spend your time on the covered deck watching the wildlife around the sound. The owner is A++. He sent a short text midweek to make sure we had everybody we needed and that things were going well. Would definitely recommend this property.

Brad's place in Grandy was excellent-we had a family of 6 (myself, my wife and 4 kids)-it was perfect! The condo was spotless and looked like it was a model home or something out of a magazine. The place had everything we needed (towels, laundry, dishes, pots/pans). Our family felt right at home and the beds/couches etc were very comfortable. Condo is about 30 minutes from all the OBX sites and locations we wanted to see.
Condo has a good layout for families, especially traveling with a pet.

Brad's condo was very lovely. It was amazingly clean with all the amenities we needed and it is decorated so cute. We were visiting our son who is stationed in Elizabeth City with the Coast Guard. He lives in Grandy also so it was very convenient location for what we needed. We were able to visit the Outer Banks, Norfolk, Virginia Beach and Elizabeth City over the weekend. This condo is a great location if you want to explore more than just the Outer Banks.

Looking for a great peace-and-quiet getaway? Look no further! Grandy Cove was that (and then some)! Very nice, very clean two bedroom condo that was everything one would need for a time of relaxing! Just a few minutes from the outer banks (without the outer banks lodging costs) made Grandy Cove a great place to unplug and enjoy the after-holidays! Would have no problem recommending this place to anyone! In fact, we will probably be renting this place again in the future!
